| 1. How much do your cookies cost? |
| Sugar cookie price is based on level of detail and number of icing colors. The more steps/layers for each cookie; the more time spent creating it. Most of my cookies are 3” or 4”. Cookies range from $45 to $60 per dozen based on complexity. Large cookies (>4”) are subject to an increase in price and will be discussed order to order. Individual heat-sealed, labeled packages are available for each cookie upon request for an additional $5 per dozen. |

| 2. Can I buy other types of cookies? |
| Yes! I also bake thick and chewy chocolate chip and monster cookies. Pricing is $20 per dozen for chocolate chip and $25 per dozen for monster. |

| 3. Is there a minimum order requirement? |
| Yes – I require a minimum order of two dozen cookies. |

| 4. How far in advance do I need to order? |
| A two-week notice is required so I can order any colors or cookie cutters that might be needed. Orders for 6 dozen or more require 4 weeks notice to allow adequate processing time. |

| 5. How do I place an order? |
| Email me at caroline@cookiesbycaroline.com. I will respond within 1-2 days. Your order will be placed once the details are finalized. |

| 6. Am I limited to the designs on your website? |
| Nope! I have a ton of cookie cutters! If I don’t have what you need I can order a specific cookie cutter. I’d love to create custom cookies for your event – colors and designs can be customized to coordinate with your theme, invitation, decorations, etc. With your email, it is appreciated and preferred to send any pictures/designs that you are thinking of so I can create exactly what you need. |

| 7. How do I pay? What methods of payment do you accept? |
| Cash payment at the time of pickup or credit card payment via Square (link can be emailed or texted). |

| 8. Where and when do I pick up my order? |
| Depending on location delivery is possible, however that is limited to the Iowa City/ Cedar Rapids area. Shipping is not offered. Order pick up will be discussed on a case by case basis. |

| 9. What if I need to cancel or change my order? |
| In the case of an emergency and I am unable to fill the order, I will refund your payment 100%. Due to other orders that I have booked and to allow enough time to properly plan your order, I ask that no changes or cancellations be made to your order within a week of when it is due. |

| 10. Can you ship your cookies? |
| Iowa Cottage Food Law prohibits shipping. Once your order is picked up, Cookies by Caroline is no longer liable for any damage caused to the cookies by improper handling or storage. |

| 11. How long will the cookies stay fresh? Do I need to refrigerate them? |
| Your cookies will remain fresh for about a week as long as they are stored in a cool, dry environment and remain sealed in an air tight container. Refrigeration is not necessary nor recommended. Do not leave cookies in hot temperatures (such as in a hot car) as this will ruin the cookies. Freezing the cookies is possible so long as they are stored in airtight containers. Once ready to thaw, keeping the container sealed, remove from the freezer and set on a table/counter and thaw completely before opening. This will help prevent distortion of colors/bleeding by limiting introduction of moisture. |

| 12. Do you offer discounts on large orders? |
| I am unable to offer discounts on large orders. More cookies don’t equal less work. Each cookie order is made over a minimum of three days. One day for mixing, cutting, and baking; one day for decorating; and the third day for detail work and dry time. Plus, additional time may be needed for designing and/or special packaging. |

| 13. Do you offer allergen/ gluten/ soy/ dairy free cookies? |
| No, I am unable to produce a cookie with allergy restrictions. My cookies contain eggs, butter, flour, sugar and flavorings (including almond extract). As a home baker, I store nuts in my home. |

| 14. Are your boxes recyclable? |
| Yes! We source our boxes from BRP Box Shop and the entire box (including window) is both biodegradable and recyclable. Please help us and the planet by recycling your Cookies by Caroline boxes. Plastic wrap for individually packaged cookies is not recyclable at this time. |

| 15. Can you create cookies with Logos/Brands/Images? |
| Trademarked/Copyrighted/Licensed logos, brands, and images can only be used with the written permission of the organization. This includes businesses, schools, colleges, movies, and sports teams among others. If you are able to provide written permission from the organization, we would love to create a cookie set for you! Decoration that does not include trademarked/copyrighted/licensed logos, brands, or images is permitted. If you have any specific questions or requests please just send us an email and we will let you know what we can do! |
